Malaysian single-seater ace Jazeman Jaafar will compete in the full Blancpain GT Series in 2016, the 23-year old announced at a press conference in Kuala Lumpur. Jaafar - who in 2014 raced for HTP in the Total 24 Hours of Spa, finishing fifth - is set to race a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3. The names of his team-mates will be announced shortly.
Jazeman Jaafar: "Being part of HTP Motorsport this year is a good thing. It is a change from racing Formula 3.5, where I did well. This step allows to be a more complete driver as well as building my relationship with Mercedes."
